Laurie was born and raised in Southern California, and lives in the San Fernando Valley with her 3 children. She is a member of the PTA, soccer coach, and team mom for the Northridge girls softball league. She volunteers with her local community and church group on a regular basis.

Being a busy mom has given her a soft spot when working with new home buyers and young families.
