Finding one of her dream homes here, Sandi is a local San Fernando Valley resident. Leading her various departments allows her to enjoy, and oversee the match-making process between Client and Agent. By listening to the client, and what their personality and needs reveal, she strives to make the perfect match with our Agents to bring a happy and productive partnership.

She enjoys an active lifestyle which includes her love of travel, cooking, real estate, interior design, wine collecting, motorcycles, jet-skiing, sailing, flying, a love of movies, actors, film music, and recently, exploring the desert sand dunes by quad or dunebuggy and enjoying how it brings her closer to nature. Growing up in a family bitten by the travel bug, she has travelled extensively to China, most of Western Europe, Mexico, Guatemala, Hawaii, Canada and much of the Caribbean. Having an interest in other cultures and languages, she has mastered Spanish and German. She called Germany home for a time, but her love for California brought her back. A life-long passion for animals, there are always adored pets in her home and garden. Rescuing, feeding and finding homes for homeless animals began when she was only 5 years old, and continues today.

In her previous career, Sandi served many years as Executive Personal & Administrative Director for a Hollywood movie studio Mogul. Sunset Gower Studios was one of the largest independently owned, studios in Hollywood, and was the former original Columbia Studios. In the early days of film, it was home to the filming of "Casablanca", "The Three Stooges", and "It Happened One Night". Later, the studio became home to: "General Hospital", "The Days of our Lives" TV soap series and HBO's "Six Feet Under", "Married with Children", and "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" to name a few.

The residential Real Estate business attracted Sandi for her next career. She obtained her Real Estate training and earned her license through Century 21 All Moves Real Estate school. She still enjoys the heart-stopping excitement and thrill of home purchasing, and knows how the clients feel. The excitement in a client’s voice when they call her departments for assistance in the “How do I start my home search” and the final, “Hurray, we got it!”, is especially rewarding. Managing the Relocation Department is also inspiring to her as it incorporates her love of world travel and geography. Assisting people in their relocation to other US States or International destinations makes her feel as if she were travelling too! Sandi looks forward to assisting many people in achieving the great dream of owning a home—it truly is where the heart is!
