Steve is a real estate broker with over 18 years of experience in the real estate field. During that time he has become an expert on helping clients buy and sell their homes. His engineering degrees from Stanford University and many years in the aerospace industry has given him a strong technical and management background which he has applied to his real estate career. Yet knowing how to work with people is probably one of Steve’s most important abilities supported by a very friendly personality and a Masters Degree in Counseling. Steve also has a certificate in Interior Design which enables him to help with home staging and also help buyers visualize potential in a new home.

Steve’s teaching career has also helped him learn how to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and also keep current on real estate regulations. Steve has taught for the 10 years for the University of Phoenix and is currently a Lead Faculty and Area Math Chair for the Southern California Campus. He has also been a facilitator for the Prellis Real School for the past 10 years helping future agents learn the legal and practical aspects of the real estate profession.
