Terry Schultz, is now the General Manager of Century 21-All Moves, after working for many years as a successful Real Estate agent for one of the first offices to join the Century 21 system, Century 21-Post Realty in Panorama City.

Terry won top honors month after month, and her achievements led her to become General Manager of the office. In time, Terry merged her office with Century 21-All Moves where she supervises and coaches the agents, day by day, to keep them accountable, reach their goals and financial independence, and most of all to make sure they receive the recognition they deserve.

Being technical savvy, her leadership skills, a fine eye for trouble shooting, and great people skills have earned Terry admiration and respect from her clients, her Agents, and the Staff. Overseeing the other departments within the company, as well as all aspects of the company’s Real Estate transactions, Terry still enjoys and finds time to assist past clients in their Real Estate transactions…..

Terry is well known throughout the San Fernando Valley, her business ethics and her charitable reputation is admired.

Coming from a large and very close family, Terry enjoys spending quality time with her children, grand-children and friends. Family and friends are very important...

Terry says, and you can often find her holding large Super Bowl parties, swim parties, BBQ’s and spur of the moment get togethers.

Terry’s oldest son played for the Indianapolis Colts ,and therefore, she is an avid football fan, her Super Bowl parties are anticipated each year.

Terry’s love of people, her patience, and her striving daily for excellence, is reflected in her continued success as a Mentor, friend, and business associate.
