Jose brings over 8 years of Real Estate experience with Century 21 All Moves and taken it to it’s management division, Prellis Property Management. Jose has been instrumental in assisting and educating local property owners in the decision to lease out their properties rather than sell. Obviously, even in today’s market, California Real Estate continues to be in demand and valuable making many Owners decide to keep their properties. His patience, thoroughness, great people skills and extensive knowledge make him a true asset. Due to the current Real Estate market conditions, home owners have more questions than ever before deciding about either selling or leasing their home. Prellis Property Management is a full service management company, and Jose streamlines and fulfills each client’s individual needs .

Prior to Century 21 All Moves, Jose managed several multimillion dollar businesses for over 14 years bringing with him a strong background in Business Management. His ability to delegate to hundreds of employees gave him the tools to hone his people skills in the business world. His experience in Business Management & his passion for Real Estate combined has made him very successful at meeting and exceeding his homeowners’ expectations. His attention to detail & professional ethics makes him a Professional who is well-trusted by his clients. In addition, Jose is fluent in both English and Spanish. Jose is blessed with a wonderful family life with his wife and son, and has lived in the San Fernando Valley for over 16 years.
